Is it me or does Skippy just seem WAY OP? I mean I can go running in, Skippy blazing and pretty much kill everything and everyone aside from bosses fairly easily. Perhaps some of my skills are bumping his power up and that is what is throwing me off, but for a gun you can find by mid late teen level it seems the balance is way out of whack. In fairness I am playing on normal difficulty, is that my issue?

It is! Specially on the early part of the game. I don't usually use guns because I enjoy my quickhack build and killing everyone while I hide somewhere, but when I need to shoot, I use Skippy. On my 2nd playthrough, as soon I can get out of Watson I immediately did "Skippys Quest", makes life easier. 🙂

I made the mistake of telling Skippy go right to kill mode and not passive mode when I first got him. Didn't work out for me very well after my 50th kill... 🙄

That said, the other awesome gun that seems OP is the 6th street smart rifle, Divided We stand. That thing is a BEAST. With that, Skippy and Panam's sniper you really don't need much of anything else weapon wise except maybe a shotgun?
